Meet the management team here at Perennial Landscapes

Thomas Holland - Managing Director

Thomas has been in landscaping ever since he left school, he started with a £50.00 second hand lawnmower and has never looked back. He started Perennial Landscapes Ltd in 2012 and has slowly built the business up from that first day. The company has been built on quality, service and reputation. Thomas oversees the day-to-day operations of the company but also deals with estimating, accounts and health and safety.

Sean Ball - Landscape Projects Manager

Sean joined Perennial Landscapes in January 2022 with extensive experience within soft landscaping. His role is to ensure the smooth running of his landscaping projects by managing the contracts to ensure that they are completed safely, profitably and on time.

Paul Phillips - Landscape Projects Manager

Paul joined Perennial Landscapes in August 2023 from a local contractor. He has a broad range of knowledge of all hard and soft landscaping services, with a particular focus on fencing.

Linzi Kirkham - Landscape Coordinator

Linzi’s role is to assist with the landscape project managers in the coordination of their jobs. She carries out the buying materials, hiring of plant, scaling and measuring of drawings for take offs, filing of paperwork and coordination of deliveries.

Gemma Hejdner - Business Development Manager

As business development manager, Gemma’s role is to maintain a full order book. She does this by managing the quoting process, ensuring clients receive their quotes in a timely fashion. She then follows the quotes through until they are secured, offering value engineering options where possible.

Joanne Cavanagh - HR Manager

Joanne joined Perennial Landscapes in July 2023 and she takes an active role in all elements of the companies business from a HR point of view. She manages the entire employment process, assists colleagues with any concerns and manages employee training, development and apprenticeship,

Brian Crane - Grounds Maintenance Foreman

Brian initially joined Perennial in April 2018 as a Supervisor. However, his hard work and dedication ultimately led to his promotion to Grounds Maintenance Foreman in January 2020. Brian exudes our company ethos here at Perennial and always ensures our high standards are implemented and maintained.
