🍂 Autumn Social 🍂

Today, the team came together at Stafford Rangers for our Autumn Social a brilliant day focused on connection, communication, and collaboration.

We began the morning with teas, coffees, and a catch up before a presentation that provided valuable insight into the company’s progress and our shared vision for the future of Perennial.

Joanne Cavanagh then presented certificates and medals to the Three Peaks team to congratulate them on their fantastic efforts.

In the afternoon, the sessions focused on teamwork and problem solving from communication exercises where one person described an image while another drew it unseen, to a hands on challenge building the strongest bridge with limited resources. The energy, creativity, and collaboration on display were fantastic.

We closed the day by reflecting on what we’d learned and how we can take those lessons forward into our daily work.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and made the day such a success. It’s always inspiring to see our teams come together with enthusiasm and a shared purpose.
